Roll up, roll up…

Tucked away in a hidden corner of the library Alice, a new graduate from Cardiff School of Art of Design, spent long hours pouring over an old book of embroidery techniques. She married the theory to her love of folk stories and fairy tales and the result is a collection of framed embroideries and brooches that have an enchanted wonderland feel. Her melancholy dancing bears capture the strange atmosphere of the travelling circus which visited the Selvedge shop, but don’t worry if you missed her display just visit her website.
