Selvedge Award II

Our second award winner is Philippa Leith who graduates from Leeds College of Art and Design. Her designs evoke a gentle era of dance cards, strict decorum and afternoons spent covering screens in layers of decoupage. The point of departure for Philippa’s graduate collection was birdlife but this evolved into a mission to liberate hidden collections and salvage the unwanted in wistful, delicate collages. philippaleith@hotmail.com
