“Carefully curated by the discerning people at Selvedge... You know the standard is going to be high.”
Sophie Conran, sophieconranblog.com
This Spring Selvedge is going on tour but don’t worry we’re making a stop in familiar territory. We’ll be returning to the beautiful Chelsea Old Town Hall but only for a single day! On the 25th April 2015, seize the opportunity to celebrate Spring with pretty textiles and fine crafts – we aim to make shopping a truly pleasurable experience.
With over 90 stands – a carefully curated mix of antique textiles, talented designer makers and vintage haberdashery – there is no better opportunity to buy special, handcrafted textiles and enjoy meeting and talking to the talented people that create them. And with so much to see you might have to stop for sustenance so savouries, delicious cakes and teas and coffees will be available in our pop-up café.
Our central location offers the convenience of easy transport links and a host of textile related venues to visit, including the V&A museum, making this the ideal opportunity for a weekend in London. Whether you are searching for gifts and decorations or hoping to find the perfect garment or accessory (perhaps you are looking for the materials to make your own?) you will find the finest textiles and inspiration at the Selvedge Spring Fair.
You can also enjoy a premier exhibition and sale of Heartwear's Spring Summer Collection
