DAMPENED SPIRITS
"There is no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather." A disgruntled British public might disagree with John Ruskin. But at least those currently enjoying the kind of 'alternative good weather' that involves grey skies and incessant rain can justify staying in and reading their copy of Selvedge cover-to-cover. And if you've already done that why not treat yourself to a few back issues which are currently on sale. www.selvedge.org.

Be defiantly bright in the face of gloomy summer weather. Wear your summer dresses albeit with a raincoat on top and accessorise with colourful, pretty prints. These block printed bags from Tobias and the Angel are carefully decorated by hand and have a truly traditional, high quality feel. We also have new stock of Luisa Cevese's unusual and highly desirable travel bags and totes.
