The inspirations for Thornback & Peel’s designs are borrowed from a range of sources from Mrs Beeton’s household management, 17th Century microscope imagery of the natural world to Alice in Wonderland. kitchen_gifts The brand launched in 2007, when Juliet Thornback and Delia Peel met and collaborated on a series of hand-printed accessories. The first Thornback & Peel shop was opened in in Bloomsbury in 2012 and their small team of talented screen-printers print many items in the Cockpit Arts Studio just a stone’s throw from the Bloomsbury shop. hankies Their AW15 collection sees new additions with the new all-over designs on even more hand-screen printed products.
