All places reserved on workshops are non refundable, however, under normal conditions, if you let us know you are not able to make a workshop you have booked at least two weeks prior to the event, we will re-advertise your place and refund your fee if we are able to re-sell your place and the workshop is full.

We are aware of the health concerns of our subscribers and are monitoring the government guidelines regarding events. Should it become necessary to postpone one of our events we will do so. Any existing tickets will be honoured when the event is rescheduled. All bookings are non refundable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Subscriptions.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time and your subscription will then end with the current subscription period. There is no refund available on subscriptions. Customers with auto-renewing subscription memberships must contact Selvedge a week by email (or at least two weeks in writing) to terminate their subscription before the renewal date.
During the current Covid19 crisis, if an institution wishes to suspend their subscription, they can do so if they contact us to inform us and it is then their responsibility to inform us when they wish to restart the subscription.
