The raw materials, handwoven on a loom more than 80 years ago in Galicia, are carefully sourced from the countryside, from house to house, with many of the weavers' descendants still preserving these cherished textiles.

We have a jacket by AO DOMINI to give away. This kimono-style jacket is constructed from a vintage hand-woven linen cloth, dating back to circa 1940, gifted to AO DOMINI founder, Lilia Méndez. The linen was grown in Galicia, in the northwest of Spain and was originally made into a bedspread, embroidered in red thread with the initials of
its owner. Now, the embroidery adds a unique and subtle touch to the back of this one-of-a-kind jacket. Worth £390.
