Win a ReJean Baile Kimono Jacket
ReJean is a circular denim brand founded in Glasgow in 2019 by Siobhan McKenna.
With a focus on ‘Vintage workwear’ aesthetic, ReJean creates timeless pieces constructed with the utmost care and attention to detail using a tonal patchwork technique.
Garments are made using denim textile otherwise detained for landfill. McKenna and her team hand source second hand garments, that are then laundered, decontructed and remade into one of their designs, be it a jacket, kimono, dungarees or an accessory.
Each garment saves up to 4 kg of denim of landfill. ReJean offers a Repair service, helping customers keep their existing garments in circulation for longer. Furthermore if you fancy learning to repair your own garments, then get along to one of ReJean’s mending clubs in Glasgow. You will Learn to repair your clothes using sashiko stitching.

The Baile Jacket was developed alongside a cherished client, taking inspiration from the Kimono style, providing an effortless finish to any look.
With a signature ReJean take on the classic style, the Baile is cut with raglan bell sleeves and a collar made from repurposed waistbands. Featuring two front patch pockets and a tie close, the Baile is a perfect jacket for the everyday.
ReJean celebrates the wabi-sabi aesthetic, seeing beauty in the imperfections. Visible Mending is part of our production process and so look out for little Sashiko Stitch details on your Baile Jacket.
This garment has been constructed to stand the test of time. Expertly cut and sewn by Siobhan and her team in-house, meaning each is unique and varying in pattern and colour.
