Untitled 2 For many Palestinian women embroidery has played a vital role in their lives as a physical independent practice, form of communication and a way of providing a sense of self. rgs Accompanied by contextual photographs, paintings and contemporary designs, this exhibition, along with the short videos that accompany it – and are well worth watching – is a worthy exploration into the significance of embroidery and personal textile practices.
