Order FAQs
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery dates vary depending on the product ordered. If you have a query about an order, please contact customerservice@selvedge.org and include your name, delivery address and order number.
Here is a guide for delivery times:
If you ordered a digital download of an issue, the link will be sent to you within 72 hours of your order. Please contact us if it hasn't arrived in your inbox by then. Please do also check spam.
Print issues and Selvedge goods are sent by standard second class/international post for which we advise the delivery to the UK can take up to two weeks, Europe up to four weeks and Rest of World up to six weeks. However, these are estimates only and world events can cause additional delays. Tracking is not available.
Orders of six of more back issues are sent via a tracked service.
If you have pre-ordered an upcoming issue then please note that our digital publishing date is the 15th, and print issues are posted out on the 20th of each publishing month.
Cards and magnets - As these are produced print on demand please allow 7-10 days for production in addition to the shipping.
For orders of Artisan products please refer to the individual product page on the website for delivery estimates. These are sent directly to the artisans themselves to fulfil - we do not stock these items ourselves - and you can find the full T&Cs for these here. If you have a query regarding an artisan product please contact info@selvedge.org
Will I have to pay customs charges? Your country may levy import charges depending on the country of origin, and the product being imported.
