Autres Mers

Françoise Dupré, a French-born, London-based, knitted textile artist, is exhibiting new work at the Women's Library until 30 September. 'Autres Mers' is a show of sculptural installations made up of seemingly mundane, disposable objects such as wire, shopping bags, bottle tops and of course Dupré's usual medium, yarn. Typically, Dupré creates work that celebrates women's creativity, see our review in the forthcoming July issue of Selvedge.
