Bird house

A flock of feathered friends has alighted in the Selvedge shop window. These hand embroidered creations hatched from the imagination of recent graduate Catherine Frere Smith. Her final degree project included garments, bird sculptures and even garments that could be turned into sculptures. Catherine’s 'make a bird' top holds the patterns for 4 different types of birds. Her range now includes bags and cushions that can be found in her online Etsy shop or in person at Selvedge.
