It’s your last chance to enter our exclusive competitions from Selvedge Issue 98: Together. Win one of the following prizes!

Artisan Project is a collective company that was founded in 2011 when designer Nina Mohammad-Galbert moved from Los Angeles to the ancient medieval city of Fes. Artisan Project design and produce handwoven textiles with their weaver partners as well as creating curated sourcing experiences for anyone with a passion for craft and a desire to connect with the land and artisans of Morocco. The Mountain Rug was made in collaboration with female weavers who have a rich textile history that is deeply rooted in nature and landscape. It is made from locally sourced wool and is an ode to the beauty of the land, the shepherds and their flock, and the hands that made it.

Image: The ANTA Cube

The ANTA Cube is a functional and bold piece of furniture. Suitable for contemporary living where maximising space is a necessity, the cube can be used as a seat and an occasional table. The cubes are made with a wooden former which is then upholstered with foam and their pure wool Highland Tweed fabric. Each cube is firm and robust, standing up to daily use. The rounded corners are child friendly and the Scottish wool fabric makes them easy to hoover and clean.

Stag & Bruce are an independent family run textile company based in Edinburgh. They produce small batches of pure new wool blankets, using surplus yarn - high quality excess yarn sourced within the UK textile industry. They believe that this process is more ethical than using recycled yarn which requires further processing. The patterns are designed to use up as much of the available yarn as possible to limit waste. The throws and blankets are designed in Edinburgh and are warped, woven and finished in Scotland and Yorkshire, supporting local industry and talented craftspeople. The Inveraray blanket is from their latest range and comes with a hand-made navy leather strap, making it ideal for the indoors or outdoors.

Visit our competitions page to find out more about entering. Competitions must close 15 February 2021.
