The Makerie Studio's Fantastical Fairground
We love the Makerie Studio's latest collaboration with the director André Gidoin. Together, using the studio's signature material; paper (and vintage toys) they have made a surreal imagining of the fairground.
Fully functional (if you're only 1.5cm tall) and in a palette reminiscent of a Wes Anderson movie, Gidoin's film of the fairground makes for a perfect tea-time pick me up.

The Makerie Studio is a duo of award winning creative workshops based in New York and London, founded and run by Julie Wilkinson and Joyanne Horscroft. The studio designs and creates showpieces for window installations, advertising, editorials and private collectors.
Julie and Joy are inspired by forgotten worlds, rare prints and the beauty of details, creating three dimensional showpieces with uniquely developed techniques, precision and passion.
