Tribes – International Textile Exhibition
The International Textile Exhibition is part way through its world tour with Farfield Mill its only UK venue. It features textile art from the 30 finalists who entered the European Patchwork Meeting in Val d’Argent, Alsace, France.
Tribes is the inspiration for the work from internationally renowned textiles artists, working in many different styles and creative techniques. There is an outstanding array of figurative and abstract work reflecting elements such as culture, values, goals, and family.
