Weaving for Wales
This Spring, Welsh weaving mill Melin Tregwynt are giving something back... They have re-coloured their classic Madison weave design in Pamplemousse, Uniform and Pearl Grey, and are offering a limited edition of 50 throws and 50 cushions.
You can learn more about the process and the making of the limited edition on the video below.
For every purchase from the range, they will donate 30% of the proceeds to The Fund for Wales at The Community Foundation in Wales - which in turn will be match funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

Incredible that you are making goods that are the result of the blending of ancient craft and modern technology. Beautiful!
Inspiring work. From a person who inherited many Welsh blankets, one over a hundred years old, it is wonderful to see a new slant on the Welsh weaving trade. I grew up with Welsh coverlets on every bed. I must visit Melin Tregwynt, I love visiting the Trefriw Mill in North Wales
