Designers Aurelie Popper and Jade Harwood met while studying Textile Design at Central Saint Martins in London. After school, they worked together at Alexander McQueen and Balmain in Paris where they were discovered by Elisabeth Sabrier. Together, they founded Wool and the Gang; a global fashion brand and maker movement.
Wool and the Gang are changing the way fashion is produced and consumed — delivering textiles in a wholly sustainable way. Dedicated to great design and DIY, Wool and the Gang care deeply about provenance and work with the best producers to source their yarns.
For the duration of the current issue of Selvedge exploring all things Japanese, one reader will win a Wool and the Gang Lil' Take Me Home Blanket kit, using eight balls of crazy sexy wool, measuring 160 x 120cm, worth £128.
