Artisan orders & payments info (in english)
STEP 1 - Customer orders item at www.selvedge.org
STEP 2 - Selvedge team checks the order and requests fulfillment from artisan
STEP 3 - Artisan receives the order details via email from customerservice@selvedge.org with the object "Selvedge Magazine Order Notification"
Important: please do not respond to this email. For any queries please contact Lison at artisans@selvedge.org
STEP 4 - Artisan produces the item(s)
STEP 5 - Artisan ships item(s) using a tracked and insured service
STEP 6 - Artisan fills out a Google form with shipment tracking info. Click here to fill out form
STEP 7 - Selvedge remits funds to artisan within 7 days of receiving tracking number
Información sobre pedidos Selvedge para artesanos (en español)
PASO 1 - El cliente pide el artículo en www.selvedge.org
PASO 2 - El equipo de pedidos de Selvedge comprueba el pedido y solicita su realización al artesano
PASO 3 - El artesano recibe el pedido por correo electrónico de customerservice@selvedge.org con el asunto: "Selvedge Magazine Order Notification"
Importante: no conteste a este correo electrónico. Si tiene alguna duda, favor de contactar a Lison via artisans@selvedge.org
PASO 4 - El artesano fabrica el/los artículo(s)
PASO 5 - El artesano envía el/los artículo(s) mediante un servicio de seguimiento y asegurado
PASO 6 - El artesano rellena un formulario con la información de seguimiento del envío. Haga clic aquí para rellenar el Google Form
PASO 7 - Selvedge remite los fondos al artesano dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la recepción del número de seguimiento
PAGOS
Le pagaremos por BACS (transferencia bancaria). Envíe su información de pago junto con la información de seguimiento del pedido.

ÉTAPE 1 - Le client commande un article sur www.selvedge.org.
ÉTAPE 2 - L'équipe chargée des commandes vérifie la commande et demande à l'artisan de commencer la production.
ÉTAPE 3 - L'artisan reçoit la commande par courrier électronique via customerservice@selvedge.org avec pour objet : "Selvedge Magazine Order Notification"
Important : merci de ne pas répondre à cet e-mail. Pour toute demande, contactez Lison à artisans@selvedge.org
ÉTAPE 4 - L'artisan commence la fabrication du ou des article(s)
ÉTAPE 5 - L'artisan expédie le ou les article(s) en utilisant un service postal suivi et assuré
ÉTAPE 6 - L'artisan remplit un Google Form avec les informations de suivi de l'envoi. Cliquez ici pour remplir le formulaire.
ÉTAPE 7 - Selvedge remet les fonds à l'artisan dans les 7 jours suivant la réception du numéro de suivi.
PAIEMENTS
Vous serez payé par BACS (virement bancaire. Envoyez vos informations de paiement ainsi que les informations de suivi de la commande via le Google Form.
