We are a private non-profit entity that for 18 years (July 12, 2002) has been working to preserve, value, promote and disseminate traditional Chilean crafts, promoting the integration of artisans into cultural development processes and economic of the country, in order to create new and better opportunities for them, understanding that crafts are a livelihood activity for many families, especially in rural locations.

We belong to the network of foundations of the Presidency of the Republic that is chaired
by First Lady Cecilia Morel Montes.

Its executive director for the 2018-2022 period is Claudia Hurtado Novoa.
