CHAPTER 2 is a love affair in shoes between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. With a focus on simple yet beautiful details it’s a luxurious compliment to your everyday style. Our shoes are designed to be worn and to be loved.
The palette is formed of earthy tones and beautifully soft leathers which embrace the shades and textures of the changing seasons. The collection is authentically crafted using many handmade and traditional shoemaking techniques in an artisan shoe factory in the Marche region of Italy. Small runs and limited editions mean that each style remains exclusive.
The brand is a reflection and a bringing together of the skills and passions of shoe designer Fay Murphy and her shoemaker husband Tom. The couple began CHAPTER 2 in the summer of 2013 following the arrival of their second son, the 2nd chapter of their family. After 7 years of creating the most beautiful shoes for children CHAPTER 2 has grown up and is focussed on bringing the same artisanal luxury to their womens footwear. The workshop and design studio can be found in Hailsham close to the rolling hills of the Sussex Downs, England.
