This V-neck drop shouldered dress is made with faggoted panel placements of handwoven jamdani
fabric, which celebrates the timeless traditional motif – Sishumi (flower). The fabric is woven using fine
hand spun cotton in the weft, making it soft and translucent. Gicha (hand-spun silk) and cotton yarn
have been used to weave the flower motifs. There is interesting patchwork detailing on both neck and
the lip pockets.
Sustainability is at the heart of Karomi. Authentic design driven jamdani and attention to detail in
tailoring are characteristic of Karomi clothing.
Materials: Combination of fine machine-spun cotton and hand spun cotton
