This is a unique and varied role for someone who is passionate about textiles and thrives on both independent work and meaningful community engagement.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Execute a variety of marketing tasks to promote Selvedge and grow subscriptions, and establish new retail partnerships

Represent Selvedge at events, fairs, and partner locations

Build relationships with customers, stockists, and collaborators

Operate independently while managing multiple assignments

Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values

Ability to open and close negotiations
About You

A confident, friendly communicator with a “can-do” attitude

A self-starter who can manage tasks independently

Deep knowledge of textiles, the textile community, and genuine passion for the field

Understanding of the aims of the publication.

Connected to, or actively engaged with, the Selvedge community
-
Organised, responsible, and adaptable to change
Essential Requirements

Full, clean driving licence

Comfortable driving a manual transmission mobile vending vehicle

Ideally access to a parking space
-
Based within easy reach of London
-
Willing and able to travel regularly across the UK throughout the year
