After 19 years of managerial and curatorial experience at The Craft Centre and Design Gallery in Leeds, joining Selvedge has been an exciting new opportunity to apply my skills in a fresh environment. The gallery was one of Selvedge’s earliest stockists, and I distinctly remember being captivated by this publication, which always felt more like a beautiful, curated experience than just a magazine. With a degree in Textile & Surface Pattern Design, Printed Textiles from the University of Leeds, along with a three-year printmaking course at Leeds College of Art that further fuelled my passion for printmaking, it’s a joy to be part of a team so deeply dedicated to textiles.
