Color Improvisations 3 - Art Quilts
With their expressive colours, geometric shapes and large formats, art quilts are reminiscent of the abstract paintings of the modern era. But the artfully designed exhibits are not made of paint and canvas, but of fabrics. Fabrics that have been painstakingly put together and quilted with an eye for successful compositions and with great attention to detail. The Museum Tuch + Technik in Neumünster is showing forty one of these “art quilts” by thirty eight artists in the international exhibition “Color Improvisations 3” (16 March - 22 September 2024). The quilts are on public display for the first time ever.

Love your magazine and site, looking forward to purchasing tickets for some talks. I do not have a yearly subscription, but purchase issues occasionally. I have question regarding your blog: must I have an annual print subscription to access the blog? Tho I appreciate quality publications, I do not want to collect printed issues, or encourage the environmental impact of the print and distribution industries. Is there a digital subscription option? Thank you.
