Please note that a recurring subscription is not suitable as a gift as the email address on the account is the bill payers and therefore the bill payer receives both the payment notifications and the digital editions. Selvedge is a bimonthly print magazine, published on the 15th of every second month (15th of February, April, June, August, October and December). Your subscription starts with the next published issue after the date your start your subscription.
If you opted in to receive our emails when you placed your order with us, you will receive a separate email within 72 hours of each issue release which provides you with the digital download for your subscription and the issue's access code giving you access to daily stories, a competition you can enter and access to a free online talk. Please check your spam/junk folders if you haven't received it within this timeframe.
If you'd like to keep your digital download forever please ensure you download it to your device before the release of the next issue as the access code then changes and the download is no longer available.
Please activate your Selvedge account once your order has been confirmed. Once activated you can manage your subscription from here to amend your address, to amend the payment method on record, to see the current status of your subscription or to schedule a cancellation of your subscription.
An automated reminder is emailed to you seven days before renewal. Once the payment has been taken, you are in a new subscription term. Cancellations expire at the end of the current subscription term and cannot be refunded. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Selvedge account online here. Requests for Selvedge to cancel your subscription on your behalf should be submitted no later than 7 working days before the next renewal is due.
