The Selvedge Fair

With just under 40 days until Christmas, we now have a wonderful range of gifts on offer for our Selvedge Fair – a carefully curated collection that we think our readers will be overjoyed to see under their tree on Christmas day. One of our favourites is the Selvedge gift subscription – perfect for any avid textile fan. Also included in the sale are products by our most talented artisans, such as Cecilie Telle. Her hand-crafted wool items are perfect for winter with her range including shawls, bags, scarves and hats. All items are knitted, felted and crafted in her studio in London, and she is involved in every aspect of production and design. These vibrant pieces are ideal for injecting a bit of colour into the winter months.

We also have a curated selection of beautiful dolls by Sarah Campbell available as part of the Christmas Fair. Each one is handmade for Selvedge using vintage Liberty fabrics with prints designed in the sixties and seventies by Susan Collier and Sarah Campbell. Tiny details add charm and character, and every doll travels with its own calico bag. These are timeless items that are sure to be treasured by the children who receive them for years to come.
